Rishabh Instruments, founded in 1982 by Narendra Joharimal Goliya, has grown into a leading name in the manufacturing and electrical industry. Mr. Narendra Goliya, who serves as the Promoter & Executive Chairman, holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and a Master's degree in Science from Stanford University. With over four decades of industry expertise, he has been instrumental in shaping the company's success.
Leveraging a strong 40-year presence in India, Rishabh Instruments has strategically expanded into global markets, establishing and acquiring seven foreign subsidiaries—three in Poland, and one each in the United Kingdom, the United States, China, and Cyprus. This expansion reflects the company's commitment to innovation, quality, and international growth.

Message from the Group CEO & Director
Dinesh Musalekar is Group CEO & Executive Director of Rishabh Group, a global enterprise in energy efficiency and industrial automation with its operations spread over 100 countries across 5 continents. With over 30 years of experience, he is known for visionary leadership, strategic growth, and cross-cultural management. He has led operations across Pan India, Europe, Asia and Americas specializing in business transformation, M&A, and innovation.
Since 2013, he has overseen the successful turnaround of Lumel, a key Rishabh company in Poland. At group level, he passionately strives to develop next generation of leaders, synergy amongst the group companies in the areas of product development, sales and marketing, operations to generate greater value for all the stakeholders of our groups core business of providing world class integrated solutions in automation, metering, and high-precision manufacturing. His leadership combines strategy with hands-on execution, fostering change and long-term value.
Dinesh has received top honours, including the Gold Medal from the Mayor of Zielona Góra, the Indian Achievers Award for Business Leadership from the Ambassador of India to Poland, the Personality of the Year title from Polska Press Group, and the Exemplary Leadership Award from the Indo-Polish Chamber of Commerce and ndustry.
