Barnes School & Junior College, established in 1925
under the Bombay Education Society, is one of India’s most respected
institutions of learning. With a proud heritage and a modern outlook, the
school nurtures students to excel academically, ethically, and personally.
Our curriculum fosters intellectual growth, character development, and holistic
excellence across all levels—from primary to junior college. Detailed subject

Grades 11 and 12 follow the ISC curriculum, while Grades 9
and 10 are under ICSE. For Grades 1 to 8, the CISCE curriculum is implemented.

Excellence is celebrated through the prestigious Blazers of
Distinction: Maroon for academic achievement and Grey for sporting excellence.
Parent-teacher meetings take place on the Saturday in each
month, fostering collaboration and closely supporting each child’s growth. We
also organize a self-nominated Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) where parents
and teachers meet to discuss their child’s progress.
